The Agricultural Statistics App

The Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India provides districtwise crop statistics describing season-wise area (in hectares), production (in tonnes) and yield (in kg/hectare) for various crops.

This app allows you to answer questions such as.

    1. What are the major crops in different districts/states across the country
    2. How is the cropping pattern in different districts/states changing across time (1997-98 to 2019-20)
    3. What do the trajectories of individual crops' production and yield look like in each district/state?
